Bill Hauser

CEO / President

Bill is the visionary and CEO behind the SMB Team. From age 10 to 17, he was a nationally-ranked dirtbike racer and qualified for the Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross Championships in 2007.

 

After breaking nearly 20 bones, he still loves extreme sports and hasn’t yet been locked in a padded room. Despite bumping his head a few too many times, he graduated magna cum laude honors from Temple University with degrees in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance and Psychology.

 

For over 2 years, he worked as an underwriter for a Fortune 100 company until he decided to author a 240-page book called the Worry180 Program. While marketing Worry180, Bill fell in love with digital marketing and decided to help market his dad’s company online.

 

Shortly thereafter, Bill went on to become the #1 sales consultant in a large digital marketing company with over 3000 sales reps nationally. During that time, he discovered many of the unique marketing techniques currently being used by the SMB Team.

 

Bill’s obsession is to make the SMB Team “one of Earth’s largest contributors to small & medium-sized business growth.”

James Helm

Director of Business Development

James graduated cum laude from both Rutgers Law School and Rutgers School of Business in 2018.

 

During law school, he interned at the Third Circuit and took a Summer Associate position at a big insurance defense firm in Philadelphia.

 

In a shocking move to family and friends, James diverted from the traditional course after graduating with his JD/MBA to become a lead generation wizard with the SMB Team. Woohoo!

 

James specializes in the catastrophic injury niche including birth injuries, brain injuries, and spinal paralysis. He has been instrumental in dozens of campaigns across the United States that have generated high six figure and seven figure case settlements.

Jason Lubar

Lead Digital Strategist

Jason is a PPC Ninja with over a decade of Digital Display & Search experience. He also builds WCAG 2.1 Accessible websites for blind people & the visually impaired.

Dennis Berry

Digital Marketing Strategist

Dennis is a PPC Specialist whos nice shoes would be hard to fill.

 

With over 3 years in Digital Marketing, Dennis brings an open mind and passion to each and every campaign that he builds.

 

In fact, he strives to obtain lifetime relationships, not clients. In his spare time, Dennis enjoys longs walks through the city, sneakers, and occasionally channeling his inner Kanye West.

Drew Cannon

Digital Marketing Strategist

Drew was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. From a young age, he was exposed to the workings of a small business, helping run his dad’s bicycle shop. “With 4 boys, my mother needed a break on the weekends, SO I went to work with my father.” – Drew

Drew has been involved in marketing since the ripe age of 16. After working as a paralegal for 2 years after college, Drew went into the solar marketing industry where he found his calling as Director of Marketing for 10 years.

While running the marketing for 2 multi-million dollar companies, Drew worked with some of the largest digital marketing vendors in the U.S. and couldn’t stand seeing his companies get ripped off by “one size fits all” strategies.
